Denetimden Sorumlu Komitemiz'in uygun görüşü ile Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve 660 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname ile bu kapsamda yürürlükte olan ikincil mevzuat uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimiz'in 2023 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının bağımsız denetime tabi tutulması ve ilgili diğer faaliyetlerin yerine getirilmesinde, PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (A Member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers)'nin bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak görevlendirilmesine ve görevlendirmenin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,

katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

It was unanimously agreed,

With the approval of our Audit Committee, the financial statements of our Company will be subject to an independent audit in accordance with the principles set forth in the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Market Law and Legislative Decree No. 660, as well as the secondary legislation applicable in this regard. For the 2023 accounting period, PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi ( A Member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) will be appointed as the independent auditing firm to perform these activities and the engagement will be submitted to the General Assembly for approval,
