Şirketimizin 09 Şubat 2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamasıyla kamuya duyurulan Yönetim Kurulu kararına istinaden; 150.000.000.-TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 75.000.000.-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 66.000.000.-TL nakden, 209.000.000.-TL iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle 350.000.000.-TL'ye çıkarılması nedeniyle artırılacak toplam 275.000.000.-TL nominal değerli paylarının ihraç ve halka arzına ilişkin olarak hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması talebiyle 08 Mart 2023 tarihinde (bugün) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
