Şirket Yönetim Kurulu 20.03.2023 tarihli toplantısında,

Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ("TTK") ve Vergi yasalarına göre hazırlanmış olan 31.12.2022 bilançosunda dönem net kârı 71.905.407,51 TL, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları'na ("TMS") göre hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş bilançosunda ise, 116.316.961,00 TL'dir. Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuat gereği, TMS'ye göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarımızdaki "net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı" ile TTK ve Vergi yasaları kapsamında hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre hesaplanan "net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından" düşük olan "net dağıtılabilir dönem k â rı" olarak dikkate alınır. Şirket'in 31.12.2022 tarihli bilançosunda tahakkuk eden dönem net k â rından, ödenmiş sermayesinin net %22'sine tekabül eden 6.612.408 TL'nin nakit kâr payı olarak 1 Haziran 2023 tarihinden itibaren ortaklara dağıtılmasına,

Kanun ve Esas Sözleşmemiz uyarınca ayrılması gereken tutarlar ayrıldıktan sonra geriye kalan kârın özkaynakların güçlendirilmesi amacıyla olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına,

Yukarıdaki tüm maddelerin 9 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde yapılacak olan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
