PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi has been elected as the Auditor and the Group Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2023 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations in t he General Assembly meeting dated March 30, 2023.
