Yönetim Kurulumuzun 31.03.2023 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; brüt 50.000.000,00 TL (50.000.000,00 Türk Lirası) tutarındaki kâr payının, ilgili hesap dönemine yönelik olarak hazırlanan ekteki kâr dağıtım öneri tablosu kapsamında, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 0,2857 TL (net 0,2571 TL) olmak üzere, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde 02/05/2023 tarihinde pay sahiplerine nakden dağıtılmasının Şirketimiz 2022 hesap dönemi Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda görüşülerek karara bağlanmak üzere pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına ve iş bu kararın Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu ile Şirketimiz internet adresinde yayınlanmasına mevcudun oybirliğiyle ile karar verilmiştir.
