Additional Explanations

Pursuant to Resolution of Board of Directors dated 31.03.2023 it has been resolved that the decision about not to distribute any dividend to shareholders shall be submitted to the approval of shareholders at the first Ordinary Annual General Assembly Meeting as there isn't any "Net Distributable Profit" due to Previous Years Losses on Statutory Financials according to Dividend Distribution Table based on 2022 year-end statutory financial statements as well as audited and unconsolidated financial statements per Capital Markets Board regulations.
