Şirketimizin 6 Nisan 2023 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;

6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Yönetim Kurulu'nun 24.03.2023 tarih 2023/08 sayılı toplantı kararı ile teklif edilen PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.'nin seçilmesi hususu kabul edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company held on April 6, 2023;

With the meeting decision of the Board of Directors dated 24.03.2023 and numbered 2023/08, in order to audit the financial reports of our Company for the 2023 accounting period and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws, in accordance with the principles determined in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Market Law No. 6362. The proposed election of PKF Candidate Independent Auditing Inc. has been accepted.
