Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin tavsiyesi dikkate alınarak Yönetim Kurulumuzun 6 Nisan 2023 tarihli kararı ile, Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak N1 34485 Sarıyer / İstanbul adresinde bulunan "DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş."nin (Deloitte) Bağımsız Denetim Kuruluşu olarak seçilmesi 7 Nisan 2023 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında kabul edilmiştir.

Pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Market Law, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the decision of our Board of Directors dated 6 April 2023 to select "DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş." (Deloitte) located at Eski Büyükdere Cad. Maslak N1 34485 Sarıyer/İstanbul as the Independent Audit Company to audit our company's financial reports for the year 2023 and carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws, was accepted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated 7 April 2023.
