Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi ve Topluluk Denetçisi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 30 Mart 2023 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı 13 Nisan 2023 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

The General Assembly resolution dated March 30, 2023 regarding the election of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the Auditor and the Group Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2023 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered and announced on April 13, 2023.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
