Şirketimizin bugün yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 sayılı " Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği " uyarınca hazırlanan ve PKF ADAY Bağımsız Denetim ve A.Ş . tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 437.912.018,00 TL , Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen bireysel finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 11.264.656,37 TL net kâr elde edilmiştir.

Ancak, Şirketimiz kâr dağıtım politikasında öngörülen koşulların değerlendirilmesi suretiyle; mevcut ekonomik konjonktür, şirketin uzun vadeli stratejileri, yatırım, nakit akışı ve finansman politikaları ve ortaklarımızın, şirketimizin ve çalışanlarımızın uzun vadeli menfaatleri dikkate alınarak, mali bünyenin güçlendirilmesi ve yeni finansman ihtiyacı yaratılmaması amacıyla 2022 yılı hesap dönemi dağıtılabilir kârının dağıtılmamasına, ve geçmiş yıl kârları hesabına aktarılmasına, yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere teklif edilmesine,

Toplantıya katılanların oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
