Şirketimizin mevcut 37.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 87.660.648,24 TL'si Emisyon Priminden, 3.351.333,94 TL'si Diğer Sermaye Yedeklerinden, 103.238.017,82 TL'si Geçmiş Yıl Karlarından karşılanmak suretiyle toplam 194.250.000 TL artırılarak, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-18.1 sayılı Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemi Tebliği'nin 6 ncı maddesinin 6 ncı fıkrası hükmü uyarınca bir defaya mahsus olmak üzere 150.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanının aşılarak, 231.250.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesi kapsamında tadil edilen Esas Sözleşmemizin sermayeye ilişkin 6. Maddesinin yeni şekli Konya Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 24.04.2023 tarihinde tescil edilerek 24.04.2023 tarih ve 10817 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde yayımlanmıştır.
