Goodyear Lastikleri T.A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu'nun 25.04.2023 tarihli kararıyla; g erek içinde bulunduğumuz küresel ve ulusal ekonomik şartlar, gerekse işletme sermayesi yönetiminde sürdürdüğümüz ihtiyatlı yaklaşımımız doğrultusunda; 2022 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK") düzenlemelerine göre oluşan 246.894.668,00 TL net dönem karından; 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519/1 maddesinde öngörülen yasal kayıtlarda yer alan net dönem zararı nedeniyle genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına ve SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemelerine uygun olarak, dağıtılabilir net dönem karından ortaklara kar payı dağıtılmamasının Genel Kurul'a önerilmesine karar verilmiştir.
