Dear Shareholders,

At our Company's Board of Directors Meeting dated March 9, 2023; İt has been decided that TL 1,957,286,982.24 remaining after setting aside the venture capital fund of TL 1,600,000.00 in accordance with Article 325/A of the Tax Procedure Law from the net profit for the period of TL 1,971,460,542.00 according to the CMB for the accounting period ending on 31 December 2022; and TL 792,233,825.76 remaining after setting aside the venture capital fund of TL 1,600,000.00 in accordance with Article 325/A of the Tax Procedure Law from the net profit for the period of TL 806,407,385.52 in the statutory records as extraordinary reserves will be set aside as extraordinary reserves, no dividend distribution to be made following the evaluation made by taking into account our Company strategies, investment, and financing policies, and to submit the proposal to the approval of the General Assembly in relation to these, and the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the use of the profit of 2022 was approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company dated 26 April 2023.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
