According to the authorization given within the scope of the "Share Buy-Back Program", approved at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company dated 31 March 2023 and numbered 79, and the Board of Directors decision dated 27 April 2023;

- The fund to be allocated for the company to buy-back its own shares is determined as 1,000,000,000.00 (One Billion Turkish Liras) at most,

- Individually authorize Company's Board Member and Executive Director, and Financial Management and Financial Affairs Group Vice President to carry out all necessary transactions regarding the share buy-back.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
