Yönetim Kurulumuzun 29/03/2023 tarihli toplantısında;

SPK Mevzuatına uygun olarak hesaplanan 2022 yılına ait 375.090.419 TL tutarındaki Dönem Karı üzerinden Esas Sözleşmemizin 30. maddesi gereği ve SPK Tebliğlerine uygun olarak Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (1.Tertip) ve Yasal Yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra kalan 343.217.095 TL tutarındaki Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârının aşağıdaki şekilde dağıtılmasına,

Kar dağıtımının yukarıdaki esaslara göre yapılması neticesinde, VUK hükümlerine göre hazırlanan yasal kayıtlarımızda yer alan Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı olan 298.338.611,49 TL'nin 134.398.175,17 TL'sinin Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılmasına,

Böylelikle 2022 yılı kârından, 29.160.000,00.-TL sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerine hukuki durumlarına bağlı olarak % 511,55 (Brüt), % 460,40 (Net) oranında toplam 149.169.305,75 TL kâr payının, 4 Mayıs 2023 tarihinden itibaren nakden dağıtılması hususunun, 28 Nisan 2023 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına, katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
