Şirketimizin Bilgilendirme Politikası Yönetim Kurulumuzun 28.04.2023 tarih ve 2023/15 sayılı  kararı ile güncellenmiş olup, güncellenen bu politika hakkında 2022 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerine bilgi verilecektir. Güncel Bilgilendirme Politikası ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company's Disclosure Policy has been revised by the Board of Directors' decision dated 28.04.2023 and numbered 2023/15. The shareholders shall be informed about the revised policy at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of 2022. The revised Disclosure Policy is presented in the attachment.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
