Within the aim of protecting our shareholders and generating a healthy price and quantity movements as well as supporting price stabilisation on the stock market, regarding to our companies KRDMA, KRDMB and KRDMD shares ,

It is decided by the Board of Directors,

1- To start a buy-back program within the scope of Turkish Commercial Code, Relevant provisions of the Capital Markets Law, Capital Market Board's Communique II-22.1 on Share Buy-backs and the related announcement dated 14/2/2023 and numbered 2023/10 in line with the Principal Decision of the Decision Making Body i-SPK.22.7 (dated 14.02.2023 and numbered 9/177 s.k.),

2- To buy-back up to nominal value of 34.200.000 TL,

3- Determining the resource for the buy-back program as maximum of 750.000.000-TL,

4- Putting the buy-back transactions on the first upcoming General Assembly Agenda and informing the shareholders,

5- To carry the transactions out in the scope of buy-back program within a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the decision,
