The issuance of shares related to the bonus issue of TL 96,000,0000 to be made for our company's issued capital increase from TL 24,000,000 to TL 120,000,000 by 400%, which was fully covered by internal resources, and amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association titled "Capital" have been approved by the CMB. The CMB's approval was published in the CMB bulletin on 11 May 2023, under the number 2023/27. Approved Issue Document and Articles of Association Amendment are attached.
