13.02.2023, 14.02.2023 ve 12.05.2023 tarihli KAP açıklamalarımıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 11.05.2023 tarih ve 2023/27 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza 12.05.2023 tarihinde tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosures dated 13.02.2023, 14.02.2023 and 12.05.2023, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated 11.05.2023 (May 11, 2023) and numbered 2023/27 and notified to the Company on 12.05.2023, and the issue document is presented in the attachment.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
