Additional Explanations

01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 döneminde, Şirketimizin Net Dönem Karı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre 134.340.813,55 TL olarak belirlenmiştir. Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine göre hesaplanmış olan Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (6.717.040,67TL) tutarının ayrılması ve ilgili mali dönem vergilerinin düşülmesinin ardından, 127.623.772,68 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karına ulaşılmaktadır. İlgili dönemde yapılan bağışlar eklendikten sonra "bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karı" 128.465.278,88 TL olmuştur.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 10.03.2023 tarihli kararı ile, 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 dönemine ilişkin net karın, 6.717.040,67 TL tutarındaki kısmının Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılmasına, 2022 yılına ait net dağıtılabilir dönem karından 12.500.000,00 TL'nin brüt nakit kar payı olarak pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına, k alan kar tutarının yatırımların tamamlanması ve şirket nakit akışının devamı nedeni ile geçmiş yıllar karları hesabına eklenmesine, nakit dağıtılacak kar payının 17.10.2023 tarihinde pay sahiplerine ödenmesine, kar payı dağıtımı hususunun "2022 Yılına Ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı"nda karara bağlanmak üzere pay sahiplerine teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
