Additional Explanations

Şirketimiz 2022 takvim yılında yaptığı faaliyetler sonucunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde hazırlanmış ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş mali tablolara göre 74.389.868 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur. Rakabet gücünün korunması için alınacak aksiyonlara olanak sağlamak, nakit akışının daha sağlıklı yürütülebilmesi ve finansman ihtiyaçları da dikkate alınarak şirketimizin uzun vadeli menfaatlerine uygun şekilde 2022 yılı net dağıtılabilir dönem karının dağıtılmayarak geçmiş yıllar karlarına aktarılmasına ve karar verilen bu hususun 23 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde yapılacak olan 2022 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
