Şirketimizin 150.000.000,-TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 75.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 75.000.000,-TL nakden ve 210.000.000,-TL iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle 360.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin 04.05.2023 tarihinde başlayan yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılması işlemleri 18.05.2023 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.

Ortaklarımızın yeni pay alma haklarını kullanma süresi içinde kullanılmayan yeni pay alma haklarına karşılık gelen payların toplam nominal değeri 410.246,350 TL olup, bu paylar 24.05.2023-25.05.2023 tarihlerinde 2 işgünü süreyle Turkish Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. aracılığıyla Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasa'da "Borsa'da Satış" yöntemi ile nominal değerinden düşük olmamak kaydıyla Borsa Birincil Piyasa'da oluşacak fiyattan halka arz edilecektir.
