The share buy-back program with a nominal value of TL 2,000,000, which was initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors on 05.04.2023, has been completed. The purchase transactions made during the period in which the Buy-back Program are shown in the table. Within this framework;

As a result of the share buy-back transactions initiated, our Company bought back a total of 2,000,000 shares with a nominal value of 2,000,000 TL between 05.04.2023 – 23.05.2023 at an average price of 13.42 TL on Borsa Istanbul (BIST). The total amount paid for the share buyback is 26.839.401,78 TL and the ratio of BARMA shares owned by our Company to the capital is 0.762% as of 23.05.2023.
