Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimizin 29.05.2023 tarihinde yapılan Genel kurul toplantısında, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 02.05.2023 tarihli toplantısında alınan; Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına göre Şirketimiz 219.130.482 TL, TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarına göre ise 32.694.632 TL kâr etmiş olup, Şirketimizin yatırımları ve büyüme planları dikkate alınarak, sağlıklı nakit akışının devam ettirilmesi amacıyla kar payı dağıtımı yapılmaması, dağıtılabilir dönem karından Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasının yapılacak 2022 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulması şeklindeki önerisi oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
