2022 yılı kâr dağıtımı konusunda Şirket Yönetim Kurulumuzun 04 Mayıs 2023 tarihli toplantısında kararlaştırılan ve Genel Kurulun bilgisine sunulan kar dağıtım tablosuna göre ; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun kâr dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri, Kâr Payı Dağıtım Politikamız ve Esas Sözleşmemizde belirtilen esaslar çerçevesinde ve Şirketimiz Kâr Dağıtım Tablosuna uygun olarak; Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları uyarınca düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlara göre 192.464.678.- TL tutarında net dağıtılabilir dönem karının oluştuğu, VERGİ Usul Kanunu (VUK) kayıtlarına göre ise bu tutarın 228.977.959.- TL olduğu görülerek, güncel finansal durum da dikkate alınmak suretiyle, Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri uyarınca;9.600.000- TL'nin birinci tertip yasal yedek akçe olarak ayrılması,192.464.678.- TL net dağıtılabilir dönem kârının %35'i olan 67.362.637,30.-TL'nin, 1. Taksiti 16.06.2023, 2. Taksiti 27.10.2023, 3. Taksiti ise 24.11.2023 tarihinde olmak üzere, 3 taksit halinde 1. Temettü olarak ortaklarımıza dağıtılması, kalan 125.102.040,70 TL'nın ise Şirket finansal yapısının daha güçlü hale getirilmesi amacıyla geçmiş yıl karlarında muhasebeleştirilmesi 30.05.2023 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında kabul edilmiştir.
