Yönetim Kurulumuzun 03.05.2023 tarihli toplantısında;

Gezinomi Seyahat Turizm Ticaret A.Ş. yönetimi tarafından Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) esas alınarak hazırlanan ve HLB Saygın Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen, 1 Ocak – 31 Aralık 2022 hesap dönemine ilişkin finansal tablolar incelenerek kabul edilmiş ve Genel Kurula sunulması uygun görülmüştür.

Söz konusu finansal tablolar ile Gezinomi Seyahat Turizm Ticaret A.Ş.'nin Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan kayıtlara göre oluşan mali tablolarının incelenmesi sonucunda;

Şirketimiz, TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan 2022 yılı finansal tablolara göre 380.955.606 TL Net Dönem Kârı elde etmiştir. Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan kayıtlara göre Net Dönem Karı ise 363.927.272,52 TL'dir.

Yasal Kayıtlara göre elde edilen 363.927.272,52 TL Net Dönem Kârından 11.891.558,84 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (1.Tertip) ayrılması, kalan 352.035.713,68 TL'nin tamamının Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılması;

SPK'ya Göre hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre ise, 380.955.606 TL Net Dönem Kârından 11.891.558,84 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (1.Tertip) ayrılması, kalan 369.064.047,16 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılması;

hususları, Şirketimiz 2022 yılı faaliyetlerinin görüşüldüğü 1 Haziran 2023 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımız tarafından kabul edilmiştir.
