Additional Explanations

Our company's consolidated financial statements for the accounting period of 01.01.2022-31.12.2022, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Capital Markets Legislation and in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards and passed the independent audit, generated a net profit for the period of 1.199.156,296 TL. According to the legal records kept in accordance with the law, a net loss of TL 188,878,108 has occurred.

As there is no net distributable profit in the legal records for the accounting period of 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 within the scope of the Capital Markets Legislation's profit distribution regulations, it was unanimously accepted by the attendees at the general assembly on 06/06/2023 that no profit distribution would be made.
