Gündemin 7. Maddesi kapsamında , "Kar Dağıtım Politikası" çerçevesinde hazırlanan Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 2022 dönemine ilişkin kar dağıtımı ile ilgili olarak aldığı teklif kararının görüşülerek onaylanmasına geçildi.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliğ(II-14.1) çerçevesinde hazırlanan 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımızda 23.209.408 TL ve yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanan mali tablolarda 21.773.186 TL kar bulunmakla beraber, Piyasa şartlarından dolayı ve Finansal ihtiyacın büyümesi nedeni ile kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul'a önerilmesine ilişkin yönetim kurulu kararı çerçevesinde, kar dağıtımı yapılmaması önerildi. Gündem maddesinin oylamasına geçildi ve Toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile kabul edildi.
