Şirketimiz mevcut 400.000.000.- TL (Dört Yüz Milyon Türk Lirası) olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, çıkarılmış sermayenin, tamamı finansal tablolarda yer alan olağanüstü yedeklerden karşılanmak suretiyle, 135.000.000 TL (Yüz Otuz Beş Milyon Türk Lirası)'ndan, 253.800.000,00-TL (İki Yüz Elli Üç Milyon Sekiz Yüz Bin Türk Lirası)'na % 88,00 oranında arttrılması dolayısıyla ihraç edilecek 118.800.000,00 -TL (Yüz On Sekiz Milyon Sekiz Yüz Bin Türk Lirası) nominal değerdeki paylara ilişkin İhraç Belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) 15.06.2023 tarih ve 34/714 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmıştır.
