Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 sayılı " Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği " uyarınca hazırlanan ve Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre " Ertelenmiş Vergi Gideri " ve "Dönem Vergi Gideri " birlikte dikkate alındığında vergi sonrası 61.484.171 TL, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 138.224.223,06 TL net kâr elde edilmiştir.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 17.05.2023 tarihinde yaptığı toplantısında; ö nümüzdeki dönem yatırım harcamalarında kullanılması ve Şirketimizin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması amacıyla 2022 yılı olağan genel kurulunda 2022 yılı karından kar payı dağıtılmamasına ilişkin teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
