It was announced with our Bank's public disclosure that, on its meeting held on February 10, 2023, the Board of Directors has resolved to issue borrowing instruments upto the value of TL 3.176.000.000,00 for no longer than 2 years maturity, with different maturities and fixed and/or floating interest rates to be determined at the time of issuance in accordance with market conditions, to be sold within Turkey to qualified investors in TL denomination and the relevant application process related to the transaction had been initiated with the Capital Markets Board. It was announced in the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") numbered 36/2023 and the meeting dated 21.06.2023 and numbered 35/725 that the above-mentioned application has been approved for up to the amount of TL 500.000.000,00 by the CMB. The relevant issuance certificate is also given as an attachment.
