Scope of Activities of Company	Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established and started its operations in 1987 to manufacture, export and domestic trade of woven, knitwear, textile and apparel products. The Company carries out its production activities in its facilities located in Torbalı District of İzmir Province and Manisa Province. The Company currently designs, manufactures and sells women's clothing collections for brands operating in the global ready-to-wear retail sector. Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s operationsare weaving, knitting, knitwear and garment production as stated in Article 3 of the Articles of Association. As stated in Article 3 of the Articles of Association, Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s field of operationsare to manufacture, export and domestic trade of weaving, knitwear, textile and apparel products, to provide consultancy, control and contracting services for the establishment and commissioning of industrial facilities and factories required for the manufacture of these products, and to manufacture, purchase, sell, import, export and market textile, fabric, ready-to-wear clothing, souvenirs, leather clothing and apparel products, to open branches and stores in Turkey and abroad, and to give representative offices.
