Şirketimiz, Düzce Gümüşova Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde bulunan yeni üretim tesisinde ilk üretimini bugün itibarıyla gerçekleştirmeye başlamıştır.

Yıllık 65 bin ton kapasiteye ulaşması hedeflenen yeni yatırım; poliüretan sistemlerin üretimine yönelik mevcut ürün grubu olan 50 bin tonluk kapasiteyi, yeşil ürün gamı kapsamında pet atıklarından hammadde sentezlemek üzere kurulan 5 bin tonluk geri dönüşüm tesisini ve 10 bin tonluk ek "eva granül ham madde" üretim kapasitesini kapsamaktadır.

Toplam maliyeti yaklaşık 400 milyon TL seviyesinde olan yatırımda; ilk faz olarak yaklaşık 30 bin ton poliüretan sistemleri üretiminin yapılmasını mümkün kılan alt yapı çalışmaları tamamlanmış ve üretim bu tesisten başlatılmıştır.

Düzce tesisinde ilk üretimle birlikte, GES yatırımı da faaliyete geçerek elektrik üretimine başlanmıştır. Şirketimiz, Düzce GES yatırımı ile toplam elektrik tüketiminin yaklaşık % 55'ini karşılamayı ve karbondioksit salınımını yılda yaklaşık 679 ton azaltmayı hedeflemektedir.

As of today, our company has begun its first production at the new manufacturing facility located in Düzce Gümüşova Organized Industrial Zone.

The new investment, aiming to reach an annual capacity of 65 k tons, includes the existing product group with a capacity of 50 k tons to produce polyurethane systems, the recycling facility established to synthesize raw materials from PET waste as part of the green product range (5 k tons), and an additional 10 k tons of "EVA granule raw material" production capacity.

With a total cost of approximately 400 million TL, the investment has completed the infrastructure works enabling the production of about 30 k tons of polyurethane systems in the first phase, and production has commenced from this facility.

Alongside the first production in the Düzce facility, the SEP investment has also become operational, initiating electricity generation. With the Düzce SEP investment, our company aims to meet approximately 55% of the total electricity consumption and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 679 tons annually.
