New number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance

During August 2024, the number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance AB (publ) has increased as a result of the directed share issue resolved within the framework of the share investment program adopted by the annual general meeting held on 7 May 2024. A total of 1,551,997 shares were subscribed for and allotted in the new share issue, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share investment program 2024. Today, 30 August 2024, the number of shares and votes in Hoist Finance AB (publ) amounts to 90,854,997.
