Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 28.07.2023 tarih ve 15 sayılı kararı ile,

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nde yer alan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri Md. 4.5.2. çerçevesinde, Yönetim Kurulu bünyesinde oluşturulan komitelere ilişkin olarak hazırlanan "Komite Görev ve Çalışma Esasları" nın ekli şekilde tadil edilerek kabul edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
