The application has been made to the Capital Markets Board on 27.07.2023 for the approval of the Issuance Document regarding the shares with a nominal value of 339,000,000 TL issued due to the increase of our Company's issued capital from 135.600.000 TL to 474.600.000 TL within the registered capital ceiling of 600.000.000 TL by covering 339.000.000 TL from the Emission Premium account, and for obtaining the appropriate opinion regarding the amendment of Article 6 titled "Capital" of our Company's Articles of Association.
