Bankamız, Avrupa İmar ve Kalkınma Bankası (EBRD) ile Türkiye Afet Müdahale Çerçevesi kapsamında deprem bölgesinde bulunan işletmeler ve bireylerin finansmanı için toplam 109.000.000 ABD Doları tutarında, bir yıl vade uzatma opsiyonu ile toplam iki yıla kadar vadeli bir kredi anlaşması imzalamıştır.

Our bank has signed a loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for a total amount of USD 109,000,000 with a maturity of up to 2 years with 1 year extension option to finance firms and individuals in the earthquake region within the scope of the Türkiye Disaster Response Framework.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
