Dear Shareholders,

The share buy-back transaction made on 08.08.2023 in accordance with the share buy-back program initiated with the Board of Directors decision dated 14.02.2023 and revised with the decision of the board of directors dated 03.05.2023 is shown in the table.

On 08.08.2023, 265,774 shares were bought-back from the TL 28.74 – TL 28.90 price range (average TL 28.868) and the INVEO shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 4,200,000 shares (1,75% of the Company's capital).

With this purchase, the total number of shares buy-back between 14.02.2023-08.08.2023 reached 4,200,000 shares and our buy-back program was terminated.
