05.12.2014 tarihinde özel durum açıklamasıyla kamuya bildirmiş olduğumuz İstanbul Anadolu 2. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi 2014/1603 esas sayılı dosya ile açılmış olan sorumluluk davasında, Yargıtay 11. Hukuk Dairesi temyiz talebimizin kabulü ile ilk derece mahkemesinin kararının bozulmasına karar vermiştir.

Süreç ile ilgili meydana gelen gelişmeler ortaya çıktıkça kamuya açıklanacaktır.

In the liability lawsuit filed with the file numbered 2014/1603 of the Istanbul Anatolian 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance, which we disclosed to the public on 05.12.2014, the 11th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals accepted our appeal and decided to reverse the decision of the first instance court.

The developments regarding the process will be disclosed to the public as they emerge.
