Şirketimiz 01 Ocak 2022 – 31 Aralık 2022 tarihleri arasında icra ettiği faaliyetler neticesinde yasal kayıtlarda vergi sonrası 5.710.945,77- TL Dönem Net Zararı, SPK kayıtlarında ise 162.710.461-TL net dönem karı elde etmiştir.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II.19.1 Kar payı tebliğinde dağıtılacak kâr payı tutarının üst sınırı, "yasal kayıtlarda yer alan ilgili kâr dağıtım kaynaklarının dağıtılabilir tutarıdır" olarak ifade edilmiştir. Şirketimizin SPK kayıtlarına göre 2022 yılı faaliyetleri karla sonuçlanmış olmakla birlikte, yasal kayıtlarda zarar edilmesi nedeniyle, 2022 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunun 15 Ağustos 2023 tarihinde gerçekleşecek 2022 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
