The Board of Directors has decided to issue TL borrowing instruments up to TL 5 billion nominal domestically, that meet the criteria for the inclusion in Tier 1 capital and Tier 2 capital in accordance with the relevant legislation in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts; and the Head Office has been authorized for the determination of all conditions and execution of operations with related institutions regarding the debt issuance which will be available for qualified investors only.
