02.08.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 6'ncı maddesinin tadili hususu Bursa Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü nezdinde tescil edilmiş ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.
