GÜNEŞ ENERJİSİ SANTRALİ (GES) YATIRIMINA DEVLET YARDIMI HAKKINDA

Şirketimizce 16 Şubat 2022 tarihinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda detayları duyurulan, yatırım bedeli 11.350.000 USD olan, Adana merkez sahamızdaki binalarının çatılarına anahtar teslim Çatı Öztüketim Güneş Enerjisi Santrali (GES) kurulması yatırımımız 2012/3305 sayılı Yatırımlarda Devlet Yardımları Hakkında Karar kapsamında teşvik belgesi almaya hak kazanmıştır.

Teşviğe konu yatırım tutarı 336.065.800 TL olup yatırımın yararlanacağı teşvik unsurları aşağıdaki gibidir.

a) KDV İstisnası,

b) Kurumlar Vergisi İndirimi (vergi indirim oranı : %70, yatırıma katkı oranı: %30,)

c) Sigorta Primi İşveren Hissesi Desteği (6 yıl).

ABOUT SUBSIDY FOR SOLAR POWER PLANT (SPP) INVESTMENT

Our investment in establishing a turnkey Roof Self-Consumption Solar Power Plant (SPP) on the roofs of the buildings in our fields of headquarters located in Adana, the details of which were announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on 16 February 2022 with an investment value of USD 11,350,000, was entitled to receive an investment incentive certificate within the scope of the Decree No. 2012/3305 on Government Subsidies for Investments.

The amount of investment subject to the incentive is TRY 336,065,800 and the incentives to benefit from the investment are as follows:

a) VAT Exemption,

b) Corporate Tax Reduction (tax discount rate: 70%, investment contribution rate: 30),

c) Insurance Premium Employer's Share Support (6 years).
