Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 03.08.2023 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesi ve yapılacak olan ilk Genel Kurul onayına sunulacak olan kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; brüt 203.217.582,96 TL ( İkiyüzüçmilyonikiyüzonyedibinbeşyüzseksenikiliradoksanaltıkuruş ) tutarındaki kâr payının, ilgili hesap dönemine yönelik olarak hazırlanan ekteki kâr dağıtım öneri tablosu kapsamında, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 0,28784 TL (net 0,25906 TL) olmak üzere, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde Genel Kurulun onayına sunulduktan sonra Yönetim Kurulumuzun belirleyeceği tarihlerde pay sahiplerine nakden dağıtılması,

Şirketimiz 01.05.2022-30.04.2023 özel hesap dönemi Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda görüşülerek oybirliği ile kabul edildi.

* Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 07.09.2023 tarihli toplantısında, yukarıda yer verilen genel kurul kararı kapsamında aşağıdaki hususları karar altına almıştır:

1.Pay sahiplerine yapılacak kar dağıtımı ödemesinin, Genel Kurul tarafından verilen toplamda brüt 203.217.582,96 TL kar payı dağıtım yetkisine istinaden, 1 tl nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 0,28784 TL'den (net 0,25906 TL) ilk taksit brüt 35.300.000 TL'nin 19.09.2023 tarihinde, brüt 167.917.582,96 TL ikinci taksitin 28.11.2023 tarihinde ödenmesine, kar dağıtımı yapılması için gerekli tüm iş ve işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesine ka rar vermiştir.
