Şirketimizin 07.09.2023 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile İstanbul Zeytinburnu'nda  yapılması planlanan  Topkapı Projesinin inşaat işlerinin yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, ekonomik açıdan en avantajlı teklifi veren, teknik ve mali yeterlilik kriterlerini sağlayan İnt-Er Yapı İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş tarafından yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Based on the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated on 07.09.2023, the construction works of Topkapı Project, planned to be built in Zeytinburnu, will be carried out by İnt-Er Yapı İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, which  submitted the most economically advantageous offer and met the technical and financial qualification criteria, as a result of the evaluation, decided.

We present it to the information of our savers and the public.

"This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Özak Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail."
