ELYAF YATIRIMINA DEVLET YARDIMI HAKKINDA

Şirketimizce daha önce Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda detayları duyurulan, Adana yerleşkemizde yapımı devam eden ve 2024 yılının üçüncü çeyreğinde devreye alınması beklenen , yatırım bedeli yaklaşık 400.000.000 USD olan 402.500 ton/yıl kapasiteli Elyaf Üretim Tesisi Yatırımız 2012/3305 sayılı Yatırımlarda Devlet Yardımları Hakkında Karar kapsamında teşvik belgesi almaya hak kazanmıştır.

Teşvi ğ e konu yatırım tutarı 8.094.028.599 TL olup yatırımın yararlanacağı teşvik unsurları aşağıdaki gibidir.

a) Gümrük Vergisi Muafiyeti,

b) KDV İstisnası,

c) Kurumlar Vergisi İndirimi (vergi indirim oranı : %80, yatırıma katkı oranı: %40,)

ç) Sigorta Primi İşveren Hissesi Desteği (7 yıl).

d) Faiz Desteği (TL cinsi kredi/kâr payında 5 puan, döviz veya dövize endeksli kredi/kâr payında 2 puan olarak uygulanacaktır).

ABOUT SUBSIDY FOR FIBER INVESTMENT

Our Fiber Production Facility Investment with a capacity of 402,500 tons/year and investment value of approximately USD 400,000,000, the details of which were previously announced by our Company on the Public Disclosure Platform, which is under construction in our Adana campus and is expected to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2024, has been entitled to receive an incentive certificate within the scope of the Decree No. 2012/3305 on Government Subsidies for Investments.

The amount of investment subject to the incentive is TRY 8,094,028,599 and the incentives to benefit from the investment are as follows:

a) Customs Duty Exemption,

b) VAT Exemption,

c) Corporate Tax Reduction (tax discount rate: 80%, investment contribution rate: 40%),

ç) Insurance Premium Employer's Share Support (7 years),

d) Interest Support (5 points will be applied for TRY loans/profit shares, 2 points for foreign currency or foreign currency indexed loans/profit shares).
