Konya Ereğli OSB'de inşa edilmekte olan Kağıt Fabrikamızın enerji ihtiyacının bir kısmının karşılanmasına ve kullanımdan arta kalan elektriğin ulusal sistem üzerinden ticaretine yönelik orta-uzun vadeli stratejik yatırım projemiz kapsamında, Elektrik Piyasası Lisans Yönetmeliği'nde öngörülen hükümlere uyum amacıyla Şirket Esas Sözleşme tadil tasarısı 14.08.2023 tarihli Olağanüstü Genel Kurul toplantısında onaylanmıştı.

Buna yönelik olarak, 19.11.2022 tarihinde yayınlanan Elektrik Piyasası Lisans Yönetmeliği kapsamında, yatırımı devam eden Konya Ereğli Kağıt üretim tesisinde kurulumuna karar verilen 37,650 MW mekanik gücünde (32 MW elektriksel güç) enerji santrali ön lisansı izni için Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu (EPDK)'ya 19.09.2023 tarihinde (bugün) başvuru yapılmıştır.

Ön lisans çerçevesinde uygulamaya alınacak projenin yatırım süreci, maliyet ve finansman esasları netleştiğinde yatırımcılarımız ile ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Within the scope of our medium-long-term strategic investment project to meet some of the energy needs of our Paper Factory, which is being built in Konya Ereğli OIZ, and to trade the remaining electricity through the national system, in order to comply with the provisions stipulated in the Electricity Market License Regulation, the draft amendment to the Company's Articles of Association was published at 14.08. It was approved at the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting dated 2023.

For this purpose, within the scope of the Electricity Market Licensing Regulation published on 19.11.2022, the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) for the preliminary license permit of the power plant with 37,650 MW mechanical power (32 MW electrical power), which was decided to be installed in the Konya Ereğli Paper Production Facility, whose investment is ongoing. The application was made on 19.09.2023 (today).

The investment process, cost and financing principles of the project, which will be implemented within the framework of the pre-license, will be shared with our investors separately when the cost and financing principles are clarified.
