15.08.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımıza konu olan ve 21.09.2023 tarihli ihraç tavanına ilişkin bildirimimizin ekinde de yer verdiğimiz, yurt dışında toplamda 500.000.000 Avro veya muadili yabancı para tutarına kadar borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'ndan alınan ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çeviri metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Within the scope of our notification dated on August 15, 2023 and also announced and attached in our notification regarding issue limit dated on September 21, 2023 ; the issuance certificate obtained from the Capital Markets Board, regarding the issuance of debt instruments abroad with a total amount up to EUR 500,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency, is attached.
