Bankamızca 3 milyar TL nominal değere kadar, halka arz edilmeksizin, nitelikli yatırımcılara satış yöntemiyle yurt içinde, TL cinsinden farklı tutar, vade ve faizlerde, tertipler halinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Yeşil Borçlanma Aracı, Sürdürülebilir Borçlanma Aracı, Yeşil Kira Sertifikası, Sürdürülebilir Kira Sertifikası Rehberi" kapsamında, yeşil ve/veya sürdürülebilir borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 20.09.2023 tarih, 55/1177 sayılı toplantısında onaylanmış olup, 2023/56 sayılı SPK bülteni ile duyurulmuştur. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan İhraç Belgesi ile Yeşil Borçlanma Aracı, Sürdürülebilir Borçlanma Aracı Çerçeve Belgesi, Çerçeve Belgesi'nin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Yeşil Borçlanma Aracı, Sürdürülebilir Borçlanma Aracı, Yeşil Kira Sertifikası, Sürdürülebilir Kira Sertifikası Rehberi" ile uyumlu olduğuna ilişkin İkinci Taraf Görüşü ve Başvuru Formu ekte yer almaktadır.

Our application regarding to issuance of of TRY denominated green and/or sustainable debt instruments up to TRY 3 billion nominal domestically, within the scope of the "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts has been approved by Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMBT) at the meeting dated 20.09.2023, numbered 55/1177 and published in the CMBT's weekly bulletin numbered 2023/56.  The Issuance Certificate approved by Capital Markets Board, Framework Document of Green and Sustainable Debt Instruments, Second Party Opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye and Application Form are attached.
