Gelinen son noktada deneme üretimini destekleyecek elektrik, mekanik ve diğer imalatların Ekim 2023 sonuna kadar tamamlanması, deneme üretiminin ise 2023 sonunda başlaması, Ocak 2024 sonuna kadar ise taşınma sürecini destekleyecek diğer mimari işlemlerin tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.
